Terms & Conditions:
Postage : I use Royal Mail second class a standard but you may request another service if desired – please do so before making payment
Packaging : I charge 75p for packaging on top of the price of postage this is to cover raw materials and also the Ebay postage fees too! This applies to any size of order and it is never my intention to make profit from P&P
Bundle items : A great way to save is buying multiple items – just let me know when you have finished buying and I will adjust the postage costs costs accordingly giving you huge savings !
Offers : I am always open to reasonable offers – so if you see something you like but would like it a bit cheaper I am always prepared to haggle and get you a better price – but don’t make any silly offers
Returns : I am always willing to accept returns if you have a valid reason to do so but please be aware that return cost of postage is at the buyer’s expense
Damaged goods : Rarely but occasionally an item may reach you damaged or not as described – please take a picture and send it to me as sometimes I may offer a full refund and ash you not to return the item to save you money – I have 100% feedback and that is due to my great customer service. You are my customer and I am prepared to as much as I can to have you return for more goods
